Eve and Alex got married at the beautiful Lewtrenchard Manor in Devon and I was their wedding photographer. The house feels a bit medieval, which went with their labyrinth themed day and their masked ball in the evening. The Manor is located in a secluded valley beneath Dartmoor. Steeped in history, this Jacobean manor dates back to the early 1600s . It was very grand with a big dark wood sweeping staircase. A friend of theirs played the grand piano as Eve walked down the aisle. And we wandered the lovely grounds for some photographs.
I arrived at the Manor a bit early in the morning and the cloud was sitting beautifully in the valley. I couldn’t resist going down and taking some pictures of the lovely grounds, and I found some lovely spots to take the couple later on in the day after they’d tied the knot.
The masked ball in the evening was great, all the guests donned masks. Hiding behind their new disguise. Throwing down dance moves and celebrating into the night.

“Lucy’s creative talent & enthusiasm was so obvious when we met her for the first time; we felt completely confident about her photographing our wedding. On the day, our guests commented on how lovely Lucy was as she subtly bounced around capturing so many clever shots. Our day was very colourful and the way she captured this was beyond my expectations…just perfect. She worked her socks off for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful.” VIEW GALLERY
