Lucy and Liam had a super rainy day in Metfield, Suffolk. I had a great time being their wedding photographer. I spent a lovely morning with Lucy and her friends, in their matching dressing gowns, getting their hair and make up done. It’s nice starting the day a little early and meeting some of your close friends. It’s a slightly less intense way of easing into the wedding day, rather than starting at the ceremony.
I love so many photographs from this day! All the smiles and tears and laughter! Confetti is always awesome, especially with added umbrellas. A bored looking organist made another of my favourite images of all time. There’s something so honest about his expression. Let’s be honest weddings are sometimes a bit tedious… They’re ultimately awesome, but sometimes there a parts you can do without. A bit like life!
I quite like the fact they are true to life though, makes them more fun to photograph! Hope you enjoy a few choice snaps from their day.
