We spent a beautiful sunny day on Hampstead Heath photographing these stunning one of a kind floral garlands. Lovingly handmade by the lovely Xanthe Harman. It was a gorgeous day with beautiful models and a fun relaxing shoot to show off the gorgeous headbands shimmering in the sunshine. Here are some of the finished images and some fun ones from behind the scenes. We drank lots of beer, which somehow didn’t impede the ability to get nice pictures.
Hampstead Heath is a large, ancient London heath, covering 320 hectares. This grassy public space sits astride a sandy ridge, one of the highest points in London, running from Hampstead to Highgate. You could be in the middle of the countryside!
One of the bridal headbands in an image below is made in collaboration with Lucy Jewellery who specialises in three-dimensional Beaded Flowers. Adding a bit of extra sparkle to the already beautiful floral crown.
