Metfield Suffolk Wedding Photographer

Lucy and Liam had a super rainy day in Metfield, Suffolk. I had a great time being their wedding photographer. I spent a lovely morning with Lucy and her friends, in their matching dressing gowns, getting their hair and make up done. It’s nice starting the day a little early and meeting some of your close friends. It’s a slightly less intense way of easing into the wedding day, rather than starting at the ceremony.

I love so many photographs from this day! All the smiles and tears and laughter! Confetti is always awesome, especially with added umbrellas. A bored looking organist from St John the Baptist Church in Metfield made another of my favourite images of all time. There’s something so honest about his expression. Let’s be honest weddings are sometimes a bit tedious… They’re ultimately awesome, but sometimes there are parts you can do without. A bit like life!

I quite like the fact they are true to life though, makes them more fun to photograph! Hope you enjoy a few choice snaps from their day.
