This addendum to the previously agreed and signed wedding photography agreement is made and effective today (dated below) between Lucy Judson Photography, and the clients named above

1 // NEW WEDDING DATE // We will no longer provide photography service on the Cancelled Wedding Date detailed above, photography service will now be provided on the New Wedding Date.

2 // PAYMENT SCHEDULE // 50% of the previous balance payment is due on the cancelled wedding date. The remaining 50% is due for payment no later than 30 days before the New Wedding Date.

3 // PRICE // The previously agreed total package price has not changed.

4 // CANCELLATION BY CLIENTS // If this agreement is cancelled by you for any reason, the following cancellation compensation rates will now apply: - Cancellation over 120 days before the new wedding date: All payments made are retained by the Photographer Cancellation within 120 days of the new wedding date: Full payment is due

5 // FURTHER POSTPONEMENT // In the event of a further postponement, a postponement fee of £300 will be due to the Photographer.
