Sarah and Josh got hitch at Worcester College Oxford in between a couple of early lockdowns in 2020. I had missed being a wedding photographer so much by that point I was thrilled to be theirs. I never thought I’d start a wedding job by pricking my finger for a drop of blood to check if I’d got Covid though! But those were the times we were living in. The numbers allowed at weddings was ever changing at the time and a couple of days before the wedding and they were allowed to go from 15 up to 30 people. It was a day filled with so much joy and laughter, it felt like a glimpse at the world we’d not been able to enjoy in such a long time. They got married in the beautiful Worcester College chapel, where they’d met, enjoying some bubbles and nibbles in the grounds afterwards and a lovely wander around the immaculately kept gardens. We then wandered over to The Randolph Hotel for food, drinks and some lovely speeches.

“Lucy’s creative talent & enthusiasm was so obvious when we met her for the first time; we felt completely confident about her photographing our wedding. On the day, our guests commented on how lovely Lucy was as she subtly bounced around capturing so many clever shots. Our day was very colourful and the way she captured this was beyond my expectations…just perfect. She worked her socks off for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful.” VIEW GALLERY
