Nancy and Andrew asked me to capture their big day. I was super excited to be their West Tower wedding photographer as I’d never visited the venue before and the images online looked lovely. The weather was a bit pants but we had fun nonetheless. And then in the evening the weather treated us to a glorious sunset.
The venue is very well set up for weddings. There are gorgeous rooms for getting ready in upstairs. The lovely light ceremony/ reception room has big beautiful windows over the gardens and Lancashire countryside. And there are cosy bar rooms downstairs for after ceremony drinks.
I got to spend the day with a lovely videographer too, Impressions wedding Videographer. Dom Morris is a top notch guy and lovely to have around on your day, making everyone feel at ease.
Even though I’m based in Oxford at the moment I travel all over the country for weddings, I love discovering new places and meeting all the lovely people who want me to be part of their days.

“Lucy’s creative talent & enthusiasm was so obvious when we met her for the first time; we felt completely confident about her photographing our wedding. On the day, our guests commented on how lovely Lucy was as she subtly bounced around capturing so many clever shots. Our day was very colourful and the way she captured this was beyond my expectations…just perfect. She worked her socks off for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful.” VIEW GALLERY
