Lower Damgate Farm wedding photographer

Jenny and Tom had smiles permanently spread across their faces all day long! They got hitched in the gorgeous Peak district countryside with all their lovely people. And I was their Lower Damgate farm wedding photographer.

They had a little town hall ceremony in Ashbourne. Jenny’s friends sang a song and Tom’s friends shared a flask. There were tears all round. Then everyone piled into a coach to head to Lower Damgate Farm where there was a promise of alpaca and goat sightings. Jenny and Tom whizzed off in a loaned sports car, which I think Tom rudely described as the “best part of the day” to his new wife’s amusement… I followed in my Polo… We got some shots on the way to the venue surrounded by gorgeous rolling hills of the Peak District National Park.

Lower Damgate Farm was a beautiful setting for the rest of the day. It’s also the setting of the Dovedale Animal Sanctuary so all the animals were rescued and taken great care off and all the guests got to feed them later in the day.

Jenny and Tom danced into the night, Jenny’s brothers sang a song dressed as genie’s, there were bubble machines and a steel band. I’m not sure more fun could have been had!
