Lains Barn Wedding photographer

I had the best day when I had the privilege of being a Lains barn wedding photographer. The lovely Theresa and Mike asked me to come and capture their gorgeous sunny autumnal wedding day. And it felt like Lains Barn got to show off everything it has to offer as a venue. Lains Barn dates back to 1750 with its roots originally in agriculture. However today there are a lot less cattle and a few more happy couples using the incredible space. This wedding venue is a beautiful blend of rustic charm and elegant minimalism set against a scenic Oxfordshire backdrop. There are so many lovely spots for photographs around the U-shaped barn, with its mixture of inside and outside. And the photo opportunities for couple portraits are endless if you explore the surrounding fields and mature trees.

Wedding Photography at Lains Barn, Oxfordshire

Couples who book Lains barn can say their “I do’s” in the main barn, which is where Theresa and Mike had their ceremony. Or they can get hitched in the lovely garden area surrounded on three sides by gorgeous barns. Both options offer a peaceful and intimate atmosphere to a couples wedding ceremony. And your photographs will be to die for come rain or shine. Lains barn can accommodate up to 170 people sitting and even more standing and the garden can hold even more. The exposed beams and brick walls of Lains barn are illuminated by the light streaming through large arched windows. The barn doors can also be left open on a mild day for even more light making my job as the wedding photographer even easier.
