The Prince Albert Camden Wedding Photographer

Katie and Maddox got hitched at Camden Town Hall. Followed by a proper British pub knees up at The Prince Albert pub Camden. Sometimes weddings feel a bit like a chance in life to be a bit fancy for the day, before returning to reality. Don’t get me wrong, a little bit of fancy is lovely, and especially on your wedding day! But there’s something about filling a pub with all your friends and family that I just think is perfect. I love a pub wedding!

The pub is somewhere where a lot of relationships start and are built. Where you hang out with friends and enjoy a few drinks and some good grub. It just makes total sense to me to make it the venue for the biggest celebration of your life. And the pub is all yours, with friendly smiles and lovely people wherever you look.

I met Katie and her six bridesmaids at an airbnb nearby.  The bridesmaids were making Katie cry with an album of photographs and messages from all her lovely ladies. It became apparent that the day was going to be a bright one! From all the yellow bridesmaid dresses to the bouquets of sunflowers to the massive smiles that surrounded me.

Katie wore her mums dress that she’d had tailored to fit her, it was gorgeous. The day continued in a similar fashion, with many tears and much laughter. Katie made a surprise speech after all the usual ones and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house, including mine. Katie’s brother sang a song that set everyone off again and then everyone danced into the night to all the classics. If I could photograph Katie and Maddox getting married every weekend I’d be happy.
